Basic steps to submit a request
for Remote Assistance using Windows XP

You MUST have already set up
Outlook Express
for this to work
as shown

Depending on how Windows XP is configured,  you should see
something similar to these two examples when you click
  Start  and Programs or All Programs.....

    
 

 

If you cannot find
"Remote Assistance"
from the Start menu,
 you can try finding
"Remote Assistance"
through the
"Help and Support Center"

 

Click Start and then         
click Help and Support         

          If needed, Enter
         "remote assistance"
         into the Search window and
         click the green arrow to
          search for remote assistance
and then click on
        Invite a friend to connect to your computer
